The goal of the event is to teach you the basics of Computer-Aided Design. You will explore Fusion 360 to create your own air/spacecraft. You will also learn to work in a team and manage your workflow.

The event will take place over 7 days span between September to October.

The number of participants is limited to 20, for the workshop the group would be separated into subgroups of 4 to 5 people. There is a participation fee of 5 euro that will cover a part of a welcoming package that will be sent to the participant.

Application Rules:

Priority will be given to the first (1) member of each (P)AS/(P)AM. The selection criteria will be first come first served.

The first round of applications starts. The applications are processed in a first come- first served way. To promote diversity: priority will be given to the first (1) member of each (P)AS/(P)AM.

10th of September 2021 at 20:00 UTC

The first round of applications is closed. Confirmation emails will be sent to the selected participants.

13th of September 2021 at 20:00 UTC

The second round of applications starts. In this round, priority will be given to the first (1) member of each (new) (P)AS/(P)AM. A second member of each (P)AS/(P)AM will be accepted.

20th of September 2021 at 20:00 UTC

The second round of applications is closed. If there were free vacancies, they will be filled by the people on the waiting list. Confirmation emails will be sent to all the selected participants.

We accept a maximum of two participants per (P)AS/(P)AM.

Payment deadline: 24th of September 2021 at 20:00 UTC

Participants will receive the payment information in the confirmation mail.

Not paying the participation fee before the deadline applies will be considered as a cancellation on the participants’ side, therefore, the participant will be removed from the participants’ list.

Participants that are accepted due to cancellation will have one (1) week to pay the participation fee.

Any problem that the participants might encounter with the payment, do not hesitate on contacting the organization’s team.

DISCLAIMER: After the 24th of September, refunds won’t be possible. This is to avoid cancellation after the care package has been sent. In case there would be a cancellation (after the package has been sent) the position of the canceling member will be given to another registered member of that (P)AS/(P)AM.
